1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof (image/video) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if a return is approved
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection
- Refunds are issued via:
- Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (depending on customer preference)
4. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for defective or incorrect items
- Exchange depends on product availability
- If the item is not available, a refund will be issued
5. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order details and proof (image/video)
- Our team will review and approve/reject the request
- If approved, we will guide you through the return process
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers may need to bear return shipping charges
- In case of damaged or incorrect item, we may cover shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
